The purpose of the meeting is to talk to you about your attendance and agree upon an action plan for you to follow to improve your engagement with your course. We will also explain how to access any support that you may need from the University of Northampton. You will need this link during the meeting to complete an Action Plan: Engagement Monitoring Action Plan, following Low Attendance Meeting – Fill out form

The ICS Team have a duty to report any Student visa holders failing to engage sufficiently with their course to UK Visas & Immigration. Should you fail to attend the meeting or agree an improvement plan, we will escalate your case and consider withdrawing you as a student.

If you cannot attend, you must give 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule. Failure to let us know 24 hours in advance, and failure to provide an adequate reason for non-attendance, will result in an escalation of your withdrawal. Please contact us on compliance@northampton.ac.uk with any queries.
