11am -12:30pm.

Who: University of Northampton students (in person)

What: Our Digital Skills Ambassador is a student, just like you, who knows and understands what is needed for study at the University of Northampton, she will not overload you with techno-jargon and you can learn at your own pace.

These half-hour appointments are designed to help you improve your digital skills, especially if you have limited computer experience or have some basic computing queries. We are happy to help you with;

  • How to use your laptop, including saving and managing files.
  • Searching the internet.
  • Using your University of Northampton email address.
  • NILE
    • finding your way around,
    • submitting assignments
    • joining online collaborate sessions
  • Padlet, PebblePad, Kaltura
  • Basic Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Using LinkedIn Learning
