Please read the following information carefully

If you are studying MSc Physiotherapy, you have an enrolment slot on Monday 20th at 9:30. You do not need to book an enrolment. Students who are not studying Msc Physiotherapy will not be able to enrol at this time.

If you are a new student studying on campus, then you will need to attend a face to face University enrolment session. At a face-to-face enrolment session we will check your personal details, your identification, scan your passport / visa and provide you with your student card.

(Please note: if you are not required to attend a face-to-face enrolment session then you will be advised of this when you are invited to online-enrol)

Confirming your identity 

At the enrolment session we will need to confirm your identify therefore you will need to bring the following:

• UK Nationals – Passport or Driving Licence (including provisional)
• Overseas National – Passport, eVisa share code or BRP card (if applicable)
• Other Identification (such as bank cards, birth certificates, official letters etc) in case we need to identify you further.

(Note: if you are a UK national and do not have a passport or driving licence then you should bring official documents which will allow us to confirm your identity)

eVisa Information

As part of your enrolment process at the University of Northampton, we require all students to provide their visa share code to complete the necessary verification for your immigration status.

To ensure you are able to enrol smoothly, please take the following steps:

1. Watch the following helpful videos:
   • How to create a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account and get access to your eVisa
   • How to prove your immigration status with an eVisa
2. Obtain your visa share code: If you have not already done so, please visit the UKVI website to generate your visa share code. You will need this code to confirm your immigration status.

Please note: Without the correct visa share code, you will not be able to complete your enrolment. It is therefore crucial to follow these steps and generate your share code as soon as possible.

Other documents / information

You should also bring the following with you to a face-to-face UON enrolment:

• Your eight-digit Student ID Number
• Qualification certificates / slips if you have not already submitted them
• Name change documentation if you have not already submitted them
• University / College Payment Advice from Student Finance England (or your local funding authority) – loans cannot be paid unless your information is correct and we can access your Student Support Number
• Accommodation Arrival Information (if you are moving into halls)
• Mobile number and preferred personal email address.
